Carrington Medical Spa has really helped me. My health and weight had gotten out of control. I was having a hard time walking my dog and trying my shoes. My heart was racing. I was probably one of their harder cases because I don't loke vegetables or healthy food. They helped me figure out what foods I would enjoy that were healthy. As my health got better and I learned where to eat, I felt better. I was able to walk my dog without my heart racing. As a result of making good food choices and taking care of my health, I have lost weight. Carrington Medical Spa has helped me change my life! One slow step at a time.
