This is how it will work:
VISIT #1
Eligible patients start their journey by coming in for a minimum of 20 units of Botox, now through the end of May 2019. Receive $50 off treatment #1.
VISIT #2
Once enrolled in the program, you will receive a coupon through your Brilliant Distinctions account email address. Your coupon is unique to you and will have an expiration date, so make sure you don’t miss it! The coupon will give you $50 off 20+ units of Botox for treatment date #2.
VISIT #3
You will receive a coupon for $100 off 2 syringes of Juvederm filler! Treatments with both syringes must be administered in the same visit. If you do not wish to use the Juvederm coupon, you must receive a Botox treatment during this time to stay enrolled in our “giveaway” program! However, there is not a coupon for savings on Botox during Visit #3.
VISIT #4
UP TO 50 UNITS OF BOTOX FOR FREE! You will receive your coupon in your Brilliant Distinctions account email. Congratulations!
